Fish Cakes

Fish cakes are a tasty treat that will always surprise your fellow campers and put you into the gourmet chef category. It is best prepared with fresh fish and is a great way to use up any extra cooked fish you might have on hand. check out the recipe below!

Bag 1
2 Tbsp. potato flakes
1 Tbsp. chick pea flour
3 Tbsp. milk powder
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. egg powder
1 Tbsp. parsley
Pinch of dried dill
Salt and pepper

Vegetable Oil

1. Add 2 ½ cups of cooked deboned fish and ¾ cups of water to Bag 1, mix well
2. Heat the oil in a medium hot frying.
3. Form the cakes and fry until a crust has formed, flip the cake and fry the other side.
